The Institute has also obtained a relevant series of authorizations, recognitions and accreditations from Bodies such as EWF, IIW, SINAL, SINCERT, MAP, etc., for training, education, certification activities and tests.


The Institute has the recognition of the European Space Agency (ESA) for the qualification and certification of operators and inspectors in the sector of electronics bonding for aerospace applications.
 

The Italian Institute of Welding is Notified Body (n,0475 of the CEE register of Bruxelles) and is thus authorized by the competent Ministry to evaluate conformity of products, processes and personnel concerning the European Directives.
